Reference: ISO 9001:2008 Element 5.4 Quality system planning

Purpose (1.)

This record documents the quality objectives currently being pursued by the SCC.

Scope (2.)

This record shall apply to the SCC Quality Management System, and encompasses all continuous quality improvement initiatives undertaken by the SCC.

Responsibility and Authority (3.)

The Dir., Quality has responsibility and authority for the accuracy and maintenance of this document.

SCC Quality Objectives

Objective Measure Progress Report
QMS certified to ISO 9001:2008 Certification Potential certification partners have been shortlisted.
Increased customer respect 90% of customers making up 80% revenue percentile assign a minimum satisfaction rating of 80% to SCC Draft customer questionnaire has been circulated for review.
